FAQs

What should I bring with my pup for the boarding stay?

You are welcome to bring any blankets or beds, however pups do tend to chew a bit more at things that come from home. We do ask that toys as well as feeding bowls stay at home.

Can you serve fresh or frozen food?

Absolutely! Just remember to tell us the proper portions!

How should I prepare my pup’s food for the stay?

We do ask when possible to pre-portion each meal. This will ensure your pup is getting the exact amount you expect!

Can I Check in on my pup?

Of course! Feel free to call or text, even email at any point! For a faster response, we suggest texting at 214-744-3090! You will also receive a pup-date each night detailing what your pup did that day!

My pup needs medication daily, how can I ensure they receive it?

Please bring your pups medication still in the original bottle along with a handwritten note about dosage.

We love Sit Means Sit! Getting “pupdates” and photos of our dog make us feel so much better when we are out of town. He has so much fun every time he goes, he is so comfortable and happy when getting dropped off. The staff are super friendly and attentive to him/his needs. Highly recommend boarding here 🙂

my dogs get very excited when we pull up into the parking lot. I look forward to getting the Pupdates with pictures of my dogs everyday. At pick up, I usually get a few notes about how good they were and how much fun they had. They have definitely learned my dogs’ behaviors and personalities.
